We understand the pain points of the beauty industry
The market for permanent hair removal is growing steadily, yet many salons aren’t capitalizing on this growth—in fact, they’re losing out on thousands of euros every month because their technology isn’t competitive.
Long treatment times often mean lower daily revenue—even when demand is high.
Painful treatments lead to clients dropping out, poor reviews, and customers choosing more modern salons.
Outdated lasers often deliver barely visible results.
Service or repair costs become a financial burden for salons.
Limited skin or hair types severely restrict the customer base.
With our powerful, safe, and fast premium diode laser, you open up new opportunities for your salon—and gain an edge over your competitors.

A swiveling Full HD screen with an intuitive touchscreen interface allows you to treat your clients while sitting or standing and guides you step by step through the treatment process. An exceptionally lightweight and comfortable handpiece also makes longer treatments extremely pleasant.
Why this matters: When you’re working on a client for hours on end, you can’t afford to neglect your own posture. The DioLa 4W is designed to move with you. Your back will thank you!
Automatic skin & hair analysis
Thanks to its intelligent FotoScan analysis system, the DioLa 4W automatically adjusts its treatment parameters to skin type, hair color, and hair density, performing perfectly tailored hair removal at the optimal wavelengths of 755nm, 808nm, 940nm, or1064 nm.
Why this matters: The more precise the skin and hair analysis, the better the final result and the shorter the treatment time. This saves time and gives you the opportunity to serve more clients.
High-performance cooling system for a very comfortable treatment
Only effective and sustained cooling, when used correctly, can ensure a truly pain-free laser treatment. The DioLa 4W utilizes compressor-assisted air and water cooling, which reaches -15°C at the sapphire glass contact surface in approximately 2 minutes and maintains this temperature throughout the entire treatment period.
Why this matters: Because we don’t make empty promises about pain-free treatment—we actually deliver on them. Your customers will love it.
Magnetic system with 5 spot sizes
Enjoy the convenience of a lightweight handpiece with interchangeable spot attachments for treating areas ranging from small spots to large areas of skin. Thanks to the magnetic system, you can swap out the attachments in a flash. The system automatically detects the spot size and adjusts the settings accordingly.
Why this matters: Because no one wants to juggle 5 different handpieces, let alone constantly spend money on even more accessories. Upon request, we can supply the DioLa 4W with all 5 treatment heads.

What our customers say
FAQ
Here, we provide answers to the most frequently asked questions about laser technology and treatments
What is laser hair removal?
Laser hair removal is a procedure in which a concentrated beam of light (laser) is directed at the hair follicles. The energy is absorbed by the melanin in the hair, heats the follicle, and destroys it, thereby reducing hair growth
What are the biological principles behind laser hair removal?
The treatment utilizes the principle of selective photothermolysis: light energy is absorbed by the pigment melanin in the hair follicle and converted into heat. This thermal damage destroys the matrix-forming cells in the follicle, thereby inhibiting hair growth. The epidermis is protected through the selection of appropriate wavelengths, pulse durations, and cooling techniques.
Which hair growth phases affect the treatment?
Hair goes through three phases:
• Anagen (growth phase): The hair follicle is active; laser effectiveness is at its peak.
• Catagen (transition phase): The follicle shrinks, and the laser’s effectiveness is reduced.
• Telogen (resting phase): The hair follicle is inactive, and the laser is ineffective.
Only anagen hairs can be permanently treated, so multiple sessions are necessary to target all hairs in the anagen cycle.
What types of lasers are used in clinical practice?
• Alexandrite laser (755nm): High melanin absorption, effective for fair skin types.
• Diode laser (800–810nm): Medium penetration depth, suitable for fair to medium skin types.
• Nd:YAG laser (1064nm): Deeper penetration, low melanin absorption, suitable for dark skin types.
• Ruby laser (694nm): Rarely used, high melanin absorption, risk of hypopigmentation.
What role does wavelength play?
The wavelength determines the depth of penetration and the selectivity for melanin. Short-wavelength light is absorbed more strongly by melanin but can cause more damage to the epidermis. Longer wavelengths penetrate deeper, are safer for darker skin types, but are less effective on very fine hair.
What is pulse width, and why is it important?
The pulse duration should correspond to the thermal relaxation time (TRT) of the follicle.
• Short pulses: high intensity, risk of epidermal damage
• Long pulses: uniform heating, lower risk of burns
Optimal adjustment increases effectiveness and safety.
Which side effects have been scientifically proven?
• Erythema and edema: a physiological response to heat, usually temporary.
• Hyper-/hypopigmentation: caused by a melanin reaction or an inflammatory response.
• Paradoxical hair growth: rare, likely due to local stimulation of telogen hair follicles.
Who is a good candidate for this treatment?
People with dark hair and fair skin are the best candidates, as the melanin in the hair absorbs the laser energy. Modern devices also allow for the treatment of darker skin types.
Which skin types respond best to laser treatment?
According to the Fitzpatrick scale (types I–VI):
• Types I–III: maximum effectiveness
• Types IV–VI: Nd:YAG laser recommended; lower risk of pigmentation issues
Light-colored hair (blonde, gray, white) contains little melanin and responds poorly to treatment.
Can all hair be removed?
Fine, light vellus hair often responds less well to laser treatment. Dark, thick hair responds most effectively to treatment.
What factors influence the success of treatment?
• Hair color and thickness
• Skin type
• Treatment interval and number of sessions
• Laser type, wavelength, energy, and pulse duration
• Practitioner’s experience
How does the treatment work?
The laser emits light pulses that are selectively absorbed by the melanin in the hair. This energy is converted into heat and destroys the hair follicle, while the surrounding skin is largely spared. This is known as selective photothermolysis.
Which areas of the body can be treated?
Almost all areas of the body can be treated, including the legs, arms, underarms, face, back, chest, and bikini area.
Does the treatment hurt?
The sensation is often described as a brief, sharp jolt, similar to a light snap of a rubber band. Many devices have built-in cooling systems that significantly reduce the pain.
What should you keep in mind before treatment?
• Do not epilate or wax: Shaving is permitted, as the hair follicle must remain intact.
• Avoid sun exposure: Sunburned or heavily tanned skin cannot be treated.
• Do not use self-tanners: These interfere with the laser treatment.
How long does a session last?
The duration depends on the treatment area:
• Face: 10–20 minutes
• Underarms or bikini line: 15–30 minutes
• Legs or back: 30–60 minutes
How many sessions are needed?
On average, 6–8 sessions spaced 4–8 weeks apart are required, depending on the hair growth cycle, body area, and skin and hair type.
Is laser hair removal permanent?
Laser hair removal results in permanent hair reduction, not always complete hair removal. After several sessions (usually 6–8), 70–90% of the hair can be permanently reduced. Some hair may grow back over time.
What should you keep in mind after treatment?
• Apply cooling and, if necessary, soothing creams.
• Use sunscreen for 2 weeks to prevent pigmentation issues.
• Avoid hot baths, saunas, and exercise for 24–48 hours.
Are there any side effects?
Possible side effects include:
• Redness (erythema) and mild swelling (perifollicular edema)
• Temporary changes in skin pigmentation (hyperpigmentation/hypopigmentation)
• Rarely, minor burns if used improperly
Can laser hair removal be performed during pregnancy?
Not recommended. There are insufficient studies on safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
How much does treatment cost?
The cost varies depending on the device, the area of the body, and the number of sessions. Typically, it ranges from €50 to €500 per session, with larger areas costing more.
Is laser hair removal suitable for men?
Yes, men can have any area of their body treated, including the back, chest, shoulders, and face. Men’s hair is usually thicker, so the treatment may be more intense.
Can laser hair removal cause cell damage?
When used correctly, only localized thermal damage to the hair follicle occurs. The epidermis and surrounding tissue remain intact. Modern devices with cooling systems minimize the risk of thermal skin damage.
